Seating plans and place cards


The seating plan is hand written on high quality, acid free paper and is set in a professionally cut mount with backing board to enable it to be displayed on an easel at the reception.  The approximate size is 60cm x 80cm.

Price for table plans:

Handwritten in calligraphy: £80 set up and materials cost + £1.20 for each guest's name.  E.g. 100 guests = £200

Typed design: £70 set up and materials cost + 80p for each guest's name.  E.g. 100 guests = £150

There is an additional charge for illustrations.

We supply 4 types of place cards - 1) plain, standard quality in white or ivory (10cm x 3cm)  2) plain, best quality in white or ivory (8.9cm x 3.8cm)  3) decorated in white or ivory (8.8 cm x 5.6cm)  4) napkin tags - any colour or size including organza ribbon.  5% discount on 100+ cards

1. Standard quality.  With one name in calligraphy - 90p.   With full name £1.30. 

2. Best quality.  With one name in calligraphy - £1.10.  With full name £1.50

3. Decorated.  With one name in calligraphy - £2.  With full name £2.50

4. Napkin tag.  With one name in calligraphy - £2.  With full name £2.50

Supplying your own place cards?  80p for the guest's first name.  £1.20 for full name.   Your cards will be returned to you safely via Special Delivery for £9.  Please note that there is a  minimum charge of £35 and a surplus of at least 10% should be supplied.

Blank escort cards can be supplied in white or ivory for £1 each.  With handwritten names and table number add £2 per unit.
